1. Home Delivery — Tiffin Only (FREE)
Home delivery is only for tiffin service (daily/monthly plans) and it is completely FREE in Chhittupur, BHU, Lanka and surrounding BHU areas. No kilometre charge, no hidden fee.
2. Cafeteria — Takeaway & Dine-In Only
Cafeteria food is NOT delivered. Two options: Takeaway (order on website/WhatsApp, pick it up yourself at the outlet) or Dine-in (order in advance with a ready-by time, eat fresh at the table). For online delivery, use our Swiggy/Zomato links.
2. Time Slots
Lunch is delivered between 12–2 PM and dinner between 7–9 PM. Monthly subscribers should lock their slot (lunch, dinner, or both) in the subscription. We aim to reach at the same time every day.
3. Delay Policy
Rain, traffic congestion around BHU, or festival rush may cause delays of 30–45 minutes — we will inform you on WhatsApp in advance. If we are over 60 minutes late without any notice, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Keep Your Address Correct
Always share your complete address with landmark and house or room number. Our rider waits up to 10 minutes; if your phone is unreachable, the tiffin may return and that day will be charged. For address changes, inform us at least 3 hours in advance.
5. Bulk & Event Delivery
Delivery is free on orders of 50+ tiffins. For hostel and event orders, the delivery time is fixed one slot in advance. Please allow a 30-minute window for large quantities.
6. Swiggy & Zomato
As soon as our Swiggy and Zomato listings go live, the links will appear on this website. Until then, ordering directly on call or WhatsApp costs you nothing extra — it is the cheapest option.
7. Dine-In
Dine-in is available at THE Cafeteria (Chhittupur, BHU) — Chinese, South Indian, pizza, burgers, and coffee, with free Wi-Fi to sit and enjoy your meal.
